HUDSON RIVER VALLEY
Sunday Arrive into the Hudson Valley in time to do the "New" Walkway
across the Hudson River. A 1¼-mile walk across a restored railroad
bridge with spectacular views of the Hudson River and the Catskill
Mountains. Drive through the Vanderbilt Mansion on the way to
Springwood, the Roosevelt's Estate. Lunch on own at Coppola's in
Hyde Park. Afternoon tour of Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Home
& Museum, with time to enjoy the 22-minute film on the Family
life of the Roosevelt's. Check into the new Quality Inn/Fishkill.
Dinner at a fine local restaurant.
Monday After breakfast, depart for West Point with free time to enjoy
the Museum and a 90-minute tour of West Point including the Million-dollar
view, plus the Cadet chapel. Lunch on own in Highland Falls. This will be
followed by a tour and tasting at the Brotherhood Winery. The oldest winery
in the country. Depart for home.

SUPER SUNDAY SPECIAL # 2
HUDSON RIVER VALLEY
Sunday Lunch on own in the Rondout (waterfront) area of Kingston. At 215PM
board the "Rip Van Winkle" for a 2-hour narrated cruise (230p-430p) On the
Majestic Hudson River. You can't help but think of Henry Hudson (1609) arriving
400 + years ago. You will see for yourself why the first group of American
landscape artists settled in this Region. The scenery is as beautiful as
any in the world. Today you will pass by two lighthouses and see some of
the "Today" life of the Rich and famous. Welcome refreshments upon arrival
at the Holiday Inn/Kingston. Dinner at the Hotel.
Monday After a full breakfast, depart for West Point with free time to enjoy
the Visitor's Center and museum before a 90-minute tour of West Point including
the Million-dollar view and the Cadet chapel Lunch on own in Highland
Falls. This will be followed by a tour and tasting at the Brotherhood Winery,
