| With the closing of Williams Lake Resort we have reached
the end of an era!

| It is with very mixed emotions that I write this last
message from the owner. The Williams Family has for over 78 years been
host to many thousands of vacationers from the singles crown, honeymooners,
families and seniors. I personally started working here when I was
11 years old and this has been my full time business life for 43 years.
All in the Williams Family have made every effort to offer gracious
hospitality, fine food and service in a clean and pristine environment.
Our slogan has always been "Where it's as Friendly as a House
Party."
It is the end of an era and the time has come to turn over to some folks who think as we have in the past. My dad believed there is no reason for business people and environmentalists to be in conflict. The new business will preserve and cultivate the beauty of the area, this gem of a lake and provide folks with a fabulous destination vacation. We will be operating until June 1st with our last weekend being Memorial Day. I am hoping some of you may find the time to visit us in May. Thank you all for your many years of patronage.
